Intro To Optin Capture Squeeze Page
July 29th, 2009 by Bruce
There is no question that building a mailing list must be one of an internet marketer’s top concerns. A mailing list, after all, will guarantee a receptive pool of prospects for
the internet marketer, one which he can utilize for every active campaign.
In each and every three situations, it is most likely that the customer won’t browse your web page again. If he does opt to purchase your Auction Acrobat goods, he’d experience the same and not remember about where he got it. If he doesn’t opt to purchase your goods, he’d search for new web pages more apt for his fancies. If he’s unsure about your offer, he’d go browse some sites on the internet and forget about your sales page.
One standard query, still, that emerges when talking about the logistics in the wake of building a mailing list is this: when should an internet marketer attempt to catch his prospects’ contact details?
Should the trap tool be positioned on the sales page itself? Wouldn’t such sidetrack the motivation of the readers?
Or should the capture tool be positioned on the Thank You page? Wouldn’t such restrict the potential subscribers to people who bought the goods?
The answer seems to be this: that the capture tool be implemented on the landing page itself.
Such a landing page is named a squeeze page, mainly because it squeezes the contact details out of the clients.
Whenever people are directed to a specific URL, they will include a squeeze page. The aim of the squeeze page is get the prospects’ contact details. The squeeze page can employ this in lots of ways:
- By providing a sample of the data that the viewer requires, asking the reader to register with the mailing list in order to receive more of the said data.
- By offering something important, similar to a free eBook or exclusive account or software program, in trade for the visitor’s payment.
- By giving the latest information about the focus of the web page, causing it essential for the visitors to write their email addresses so that they may be contacted later on.
- By promising discounts for future promos in exchange for the prospects’ contact details.
- By offering a competition with the prospects’ email addresses acting as their entry forms.
Just like Social Media Money System, a squeeze page is the best paradigm when it comes to building a considerable mailing list. It’s the primary page that people will get to see, and the internet marketer will be able to get his guests’ email addresses at the soonest possible time.
